Description
Swimmer 5 - 2:00-2:45pm 45 Minutes - Main Pool 10 Weeks - April 11th to June 13th Swimmer 5: These swimmers will master shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults. They'll refine their front and back crawl over 50 m swims of each, and breaststroke over 25 m. Then they'll pick up the pace in 25 m sprints and two interval training bouts: 4 x 50 m front or back crawl and 4 x 15 m breaststroke.

Must have completed Swimmer 4
Requirements
The City of Mount Pearl reserves the right to cancel a class with less than one half a class registration. Credits or refund will only be provided if the class is cancelled by the City of Mount Pearl, or if a participant is medically required to withdraw from a set of lesson with at least four classes remaining. Please Note: Ensure your primary contact information is up to date, as it will be used to contact families if waitlist spaces become available. Also ensure your child’s name is entered as the enrollee when registering.
