The Gentle Reset - Postpartum & Baby Wellness

The Gentle Reset is a new 10-week community cohort designed to support the physical, mental, emotional and social recovery of new caregivers during the critical “fourth trimester” and beyond. This program is a fun approach to wellness with participation and resources from certified specialists including a postpartum doula, board-certified music therapist, postnatal yoga instructor, and recreation practitioners, as well as community activities for staying active with your little one! Wellness areas that are included within this cohort are: physical recovery and movement, social connection, mental and emotional health, nutritional support, attachment and baby bonding, life transitions, and self care & leisure. $10 per 10 week cohort (includes baby and caregiver) Wednesdays starting April 1st for 10-week cohort (9:30am unless otherwise communicated) Registration: March 23rd Paradise Residents at 12:00 p.m. & March 24th – Non-Paradise Residents at 12:00 p.m. Funding and support obtained from Wellness Coalition – Avalon East for this project.
